Established since 1983, Kumuka, whose name originates from Africa, and translates in to ‘the start of a journey’, has taken travellers to many parts of the globe, offering an extraordinary range of trips. Beginning with one expedition vehicle and a Trans Africa tour, we have steadily extended and broadened our operations, which now include tours to Africa, Asia, Antarctica, Latin America, North America, Europe and The Middle East. We are a Sydney based company incorporated in 1969 to design and market African Safari Holidays. Over the 38 years we have been in business we have successfully operated a range of tours from South Africa Botswana Zambia and Zimbabwe and then Kenya Tanzania and Egypt.
